    In 2025, we collaborated on launching Sonic Studio, a dedicated video production and podcasting space designed for creators, founders, and organizations producing professional content.

    Heye FQ CreatorStudio is designed for anyone who wants to produce consistent, high-quality talking-head content, including:

    Whether you're building a personal brand or creating thought leadership on behalf of your company, CreatorStudio gives you a consistent production partner every month.

  • Every production session includes a dedicated Heye Frequency producer who serves as your camera operator and production guide throughout your recording session. They'll help manage the technical production while also providing light coaching on your on-camera delivery and presentation.

    CreatorStudio+ members also receive support from a behind-the-scenes photographer during a portion of their session for lifestyle and promotional imagery.

    All members have access to our Client Success Manager for scheduling, delivery, and membership support. CreatorStudio+ and Premium members also receive a monthly coaching session with members of Heye Frequency's executive team.

  • CreatorStudio+ and Premium include a monthly one-on-one strategy session with members of Heye Frequency's executive leadership team.

    These sessions can be used to:

    • Refine talking points and messaging

    • Develop stronger hooks and content angles

    • Improve on-camera confidence and delivery

    • Structure ideas into short-form content

    • Align content with upcoming campaigns or business goals

    You'll also receive access to a growing library of exclusive templates, resources, and educational materials designed to help you continually improve your content strategy.

Experience

  • Within three business days of your recording session, you'll receive your complete studio footage through Frame.io with basic color correction and audio cleanup already applied.

    From there, you have two options:

    Option 1: Choose Your Clips

    Within two business days, select the moments you'd like edited into your monthly content library.

    • CreatorStudio: Up to 12 clips

    • CreatorStudio Premium: Up to 16 clips

    Editor's Choice

    Prefer a hands-off experience? Simply let us know, and our editing team will select the strongest moments on your behalf based on the style and preferences established during your onboarding.

  • Absolutely.

    Your onboarding is where we establish your preferred editing style, references, pacing, and brand preferences so every month's content feels consistent.

    After reviewing your hero footage, you can submit clip selections and any relevant editing notes through Frame.io before editing begins.

  • No problem.

    If you don't submit your clip selections within your two-business-day review window—or simply prefer a more hands-off experience—our editors will curate your monthly content library for you.

    We'll choose the strongest moments from your session using the creative preferences and brand standards saved in your member profile, ensuring your content remains aligned with your voice and goals.

Editing & Deliverables

  • Absolutely.

    Your monthly two-hour production session can be used however you'd like. Many members choose to prerecord one or more video podcast episodes, while others focus on creating short-form educational content or thought leadership videos.

    CreatorStudio is optimized for producing content that translates into engaging social clips, typically between 10 and 90 seconds.

    The best part is you receive the complete recording from every session. That means you're free to repurpose the footage however you'd like—including producing full-length podcast episodes, YouTube videos, courses, or other long-form content.

  • Yes.

    During onboarding, you'll share examples of content you love, along with any brand guidelines, creative references, or editing preferences you'd like our team to consider.

    You'll also select from several studio setup options to create a look that feels aligned with your brand while maintaining the polished CreatorStudio aesthetic.

    Our goal is to establish your preferences upfront so your content becomes more consistent with each monthly session.

  • Yes. You're welcome to include one guest in your recording session if your content format calls for it. Whether you're recording an interview, co-hosting a conversation, or featuring a team member, we'll help configure the studio appropriately.

    If your production requires additional setup, equipment, or crew beyond what's included in your membership, we'll discuss those options with you in advance.

Production

  • Yes.

    New members begin with a two-month minimum commitment.

    After your initial commitment, your membership continues month-to-month and may be paused or canceled with at least 28 days' written notice before your next scheduled billing date.

    For example, if your next billing date is August 15, you'll need to submit your cancellation request no later than July 18 for it to take effect before that renewal.

  • We understand that schedules change.

    If you need to reschedule your monthly recording session, you're welcome to move your appointment to any available CreatorStudio booking window within the current scheduling period. These appointments are offered on a first-come, first-served basis for all active members.

    If you'd like to schedule a session outside of our standard CreatorStudio booking windows, we're happy to accommodate those requests whenever possible, subject to studio and crew availability. Because these sessions require us to coordinate production outside of our normal operating schedule, they incur a $100 scheduling change fee.

    To keep CreatorStudio running efficiently for all members, standing recurring production appointments must remain within our designated CreatorStudio booking windows. While you're always welcome to move an individual session when availability allows, we aren't able to permanently move your recurring monthly time slot outside of those standard studio hours.
